Do you always wake up between 3 am to 4 am no matter what time you fall asleep? Surprisingly, this is not just a coincidence. There are some reasons why you are the chosen one to be up at this late hour when almost everyone is asleep. There are some cases when insomnia or other emotional disorders keep people awake. Here we are talking about opening your eyes almost always at this time.

You Are Experiencing A Spiritual Awakening

When a spiritual awakening happens, there are many physical signs, and waking up between 3 am to 4 am is one of those. The line between this 3D world and the 5D world blurs away at 3 am. It means your spirit can connect to the higher frequencies that are not comprehensible in the physical world we see during the day.

Your Spirit Guides And Guardian Angels Are Trying To Contact You

Life has become so busy that we hardly get time to focus on anything outside the physical realm. At 3 am, you don't have those distractions. Your angels and spirit guides get a chance to contact you. They might have tried to connect to you in your awake state, perhaps you never heard them.

You can categorize your affirmations and assign one week for each theme if you don't have one particular subject in mind.

Some affirmation examples for your manifestation journal could be:

  • Love Yourself – Look at the things that are holding you back, and then write some words that will comfort and support you. You need and deserve self-love and self-compassion.

  • Watch Your Emotions – Keeping track of your emotions can help you to learn more about yourself. Every day, throughout each day, write down how you are feeling at any given moment, and why you are feeling that way. Do this for a few weeks, and you will have a better idea of how your own emotions work.

  • Figure out Body Reactions – When we are emotional, our bodies react as well as our minds. For instance, stress may cause your neck to hurt. Sadness may give you a heavy feeling in the pit of your stomach.

  • Understand Your Emotional Pain – Think about something that hurt you emotionally. What were you thinking when it happened? How did it make you feel? Were there any negative or positive behaviors as a result? Did it cause you to have unrealistic ideas about yourself or others?

  • Dig into Your Memories – Think about your strongest memories, and how these experiences may have changed you, for better or for worse. Do you need to make amends with someone? Perhaps you need to talk about these memories with someone who was involved in order to understand and deal with the emotions.

  • Look at Your Grief – Start a fresh page, and begin with “My Thoughts Related to Grief”. Write down everything that you are thinking and feeling.

  • Look for Ways to Let Go – Write a list of questions about relationships, experiences, etc that you want to let go of, and then answer questions, such as why you can't let some things go, where you see yourself in a year after letting go of emotional baggage you don't need, etc.

  • List Your Support People – Create a list of people who you can use as an emotional support system.

  • A list of 4 intentions I want to set right now is......?

  • What is my strongest desire or my wildest dream?

  • What would help me to trust my life more and more?

  • What gives me the life force energy that I need to do more of?

  • What drains my energy that I need to distance myself from?

  • Do I create my dream manifestations?

  • What makes me proud of myself?

  • What is my higher calling in life?

  • What does my soul crave at this point in life?

  • What distractions stop me from fulfilling my desires?

  • What makes me aligned with my truest essence the most?

  • What would I do if there was nothing that could stop me?

  • What activities fuel my soul to a point where I feel whole again?

  • What is my spirit guide trying to tell me?

  • What is the lesson behind my spiritual awakening, and why was I chosen for it?

We understand it can get overwhelming to answer all the these prompts. So take it easy. Perhaps do three to four prompts every time you wake up and leave the rest for some other day.
