Staying grounded connects us to the magic of reality and the truer emotions of hope, love, and abundance. Worldly problems will always try to pull you away from the truth. The truth is that the universe always wants you to be experiencing joy, happiness, and abundance at all moments. Staying truly grounded can help make this a reality during a tough time, or at least help to ease some of the pain.
Grounding practices are more useful for anxiety-ridden people or circumstances. . If you’re feeling ungrounded, you may lose focus easily, be easily influenced, experience emotional outbursts, or feel unable to make decisions. Ungrounded people are also often extremely susceptible to the negative energy of others. These symptoms occur when we’re out of touch with our true, authentic selves. During intense Full Moons, eclipses, and strong planetary alignments you may also feel quite ungrounded.
Angels are high-vibrational spirits of the spiritual realm which are constantly speaking with you, protecting you, and helping you achieve your best life. As soon as you open your eyes, try filling your morning routine with grounding activities. As you place your feet on the ground for the first time, truly press the balls, pads, and toes of your feet into the ground. Say an affirmation like, “I live today fully grounded and present, in my most authentic and beautiful truth.” Proceed with writing a gratitude list, meditating, exercising, or eating healthy, whole foods. Breathing is underrated! Take deep breaths as often as you can. They help regulate your nervous system, boost your immunity, and calm your entire body. Practicing deep, steady breaths is a great way to connect with your body. Appreciating your health will ground you, as well as show gratitude for your body and your Angels.
Go for a walk outside with the intention of feeling the ground beneath your feet. Don’t listen to music or use headphones. Listen to all of the sounds around you. You will open your heart and mind to hear and feel the presence of Angels.
