You’ve heard the phrase that you are what you eat and different cultures around the world that believe that is true. It makes sense that if you are always eating a highly processed fast-food diet, you are not going to feel your best. So to raise your vibration, it’s a good idea to examine your eating habits.

When it comes to changing how you nourish yourself, it’s better to make gradual adaptations. In 700 bc the ancient Greek poet Hesiod advised, “everything in moderation,” and that’s a good rule to follow. When it comes to food as well as alcohol, or anything that you put into your body for that matter, those are wise words to live by.

Too Much Screen Time

It’s been proven time and again that spending too much time watching TV or plugging into your laptop or other devices for extended periods of time leads to a sedentary lifestyle. It also drags your vibration down, especially if you are watching violent shows or fixating on social media. Just as much as eating healthy, what you focus your attention on matters, now more than ever. If you are going to spend your evening watching the news and soaking in all the negativity that’s associated with current events, then your vibration is going to take a hit.

Think of your environment as if it is your garden, and all of the negative influences are weeds that overtake the flowers. What are your weeds that need pulling? Because when you feel you don’t have enough as the next person, or you aren’t smart enough, worthy enough, or far ahead in life as you should be, then you plant the seeds of self-doubt and shame.

Like attracts like and when you are constantly feeling regret for the past or incessantly worrying about the future, you rob yourself of the joy of the present. If you have difficulty staying in the moment, and really who doesn’t, mindfulness practices such as mediation and journaling can clear your head of troubling thoughts and help you feel grateful for all the things that you do have.

Toxic Environments

There is clutter of the mind, and then there is actual clutter invading your home. To raise your vibration, it’s vital that you clean the gutters every now and then. A messy environment mirrors a messy lifestyle so it’s important to get rid of excess baggage that is no longer serving you.

Organizing expert and best-selling author Marie Kondo advises having only things that spark joy for you. The idea is that as you are going through your belongings, hold each item you own with the purpose of either discarding it or keeping it. If you no longer need it or it doesn't make you happy, get rid of it. If it’s something useful or it makes you feel good, keep it. When you become intentional about what you surround yourself with, you naturally vibrate at a higher frequency.

You also need to examine relationships with other people that no longer serve you. Maybe it’s time to let go of an old toxic friendship or distance yourself from any family who doesn’t support you. Because when you release toxicity from your life, both literally and figuratively, you make room for the universe to give you what your soul truly desires.

Heal Your Soul With Sound

You may have heard about the benefits of sound energy healing, and it’s certainly not a new concept. Sound therapy has been used in many different cultures around the world, dating as far back as biblical times. That’s because all sound carries frequencies and sound therapy matches the frequencies that have healing qualities.

Practitioners use sound to raise the vibrational frequencies of the recipient to alleviate all kinds of conditions and ailments. After all, your blood is actually ninety percent water, and that’s not all. Your heart and brain combined make up seventy-three percent water and your lungs a whopping eighty-three percent. If you don’t live near a water source you can still get the benefits of washing away unwanted energy through water energy cleanse. Here are a few ideas to get you started:
